Lull Mood (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following information:

• email address;
• authentication provider identifiers (Apple ID, Telegram ID);
• user name, when provided by the authentication provider;
• uploaded clothing photos and try-on photos;
• feedback on generated outfits;
• technical information about device and app usage;
• generated outfit collages and styling recommendations;
• user reports about content and the corresponding moderation records.

1.1. Sign in with Apple

When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier (Apple sub) and, with your consent, your email address. Apple allows you to hide your real email via the “Hide My Email” feature — in that case we receive a proxy address in the form *@privaterelay.appleid.com, and this option is fully supported on our side.

Apple shares your name only on the first sign-in. We store it on your account and reuse it on subsequent sign-ins; later authorizations do not include the name and will not overwrite the stored value.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process data for the following purposes:

• account registration and authentication;
• wardrobe analysis and clothing recognition;
• AI-based outfit generation;
• improving recommendations and personalization;
• moderating user-uploaded content and reviewing user reports;
• customer support and troubleshooting;
• fraud prevention and service security.

3. Image Processing and AI Analysis

Uploaded clothing photos may be analyzed using third-party AI services for the sole purpose of recognizing clothing items and their characteristics, including but not limited to:

• clothing type;
• color;
• material;
• style;
• seasonality;
• occasion suitability.

Only the uploaded image required for analysis is transmitted.

We do not transmit user identifiers such as email address, account ID, phone number, or other directly identifying data for AI image analysis.

4. Data Storage and Localization

Personal data of users located in the Russian Federation is collected and stored using databases physically located in the Russian Federation.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfer

After collection and storage in the Russian Federation, certain data may be transferred to third-party service providers for image analysis and AI processing.

Such transfer is performed solely for the purpose of providing the Service functionality and in compliance with applicable law.

6. Content Moderation and Reports

Photos uploaded by users are automatically screened for prohibited content. Users may report any AI persona message, outfit, or wardrobe item via long-press. Reports and related metadata are processed solely to review the report and to keep the Service safe.

Reports, identifying information about offenders, and related materials may be disclosed to law enforcement or other competent government authorities upon a lawful request, or to prevent imminent harm to life or health.

7. User Rights

You may request:

• access to your personal data;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• deletion of your data;
• withdrawal of consent;
• restriction of processing.

You may delete your account directly from the app: Settings → Delete account. After confirmation the account is deactivated and the related data is marked for deletion in accordance with section 8.

8. Data Retention

Active user data is retained for the duration of Service use and to the extent required by applicable law.

After account deletion or chat history clearance with an AI persona (Settings → Delete account; or “Clear chat” inside a persona chat), the corresponding data is soft-deleted and retained for no more than 90 days before being permanently erased. During the 90-day window the data may be used for compliance audits and report investigations.

Moderation records may be kept longer where required by law (for example, to comply with directives issued by competent authorities).
